My House

Series:  The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

We recently moved from a single family home into a two bedroom rental.

It's an upstairs 1920s duplex in San Francisco's East Bay and was a bit run-down when we moved in -- still is. Some of the apartment is outdated, but the bones are great, the price is right, and our urban neighborhood is just about as good as it gets.

As time passes, I'll feature each part of the house-- the good, the bad, and the ugly starting from the entry stairwell.   I'll post before and after pictures along with plans for future updates and decor...

Just because we rent doesn't mean we can't ask the landlords for permission to paint, redo, and decorate.

Stay tuned...
